Let's Try This Again :) Matt! I do not know what happened last time, but I am trying again. I looove reading your posts! I am sure that you are having the time of your life. I am so excited for you!!! :)

Concerning Existentialism Alright Matt, you sack of crap. You get to go to England, and we all sit here in Kansas with nothing to do and without the privalege of making certain "racist" jokes, as some might call them. We miss you and talk about you all the time. I haven't juiced anything yet, but by the time you get back here I will have successfully fit a brick into said machine putting an end to your citrussy ruckus. In all seriousness, I miss you and I hope you're having the best of times *wink*! I guess that wasn't that serious. Okay for real: you're a dear friend to all of us and our prayers and thoughts go with you. We love you brother, and can't wait for you to return. See, that was serious? Your pirate name is Barnacle Bill. Plunder that god-forsaken island for all it's worth...neehar! Peace.

Blessings from Manhattan Hey Matt. Susan and I decided to check out your blog together. Great. We miss you and hope you are having a wonderful time.
Love,
Kris and Susan
ahh... You've made it and I congratulate you, and yet I wish murderous ill-will upon you out of jealousy. I am but a man, of coarse. Still I certainly do hope you will find the Brits just as childish and pessimistic as you have been promised they will be. I mean what else would you want out of 'em. It sounds like a grand time though, and no doubt you and the grand ole' isle will get along like "china". I will continue to write under this psuedonym for purposes of anonymity and so I don't have to be so discretionary when I tell you that I got obliterated on my birthday... anyway more about that another fine day. Good luck and godspeed in your travels and studies.
Good to hear from you Hello Matt,
It's really great to hear from you and it sounds like you're having a wonderful time. The McNair program is just barely getting along without you:) We had a great conference last week in Kansas City, where each of us presented our research. Many colleges were there giving out information on their graduate programs and 'bigging' up their universities,"what a great place it is" and all that good stuff. Not many of the colleges had phd programs in Philosophy, but other than that it was a super weekend.
Oxford looks like a really cool place. Keep me informed on the quality of the classes. Bye for now.

jealousy Matthew...
you dog, you get to travel around europe for a few days and i have to stay here in manhatty. needless to say, im jealous. but also very very happy for you . if you were staying longer, like over the summer, i would probably come visit you, but oh well. matt, be a light in the darkness, and put on the full armor of God so that you can fight for the One that has called you. my prayers are with you. i love you matt and cant wait to see you again. be a blessing.

Wow! Hey Matt. This is very cool. Thanks for letting us peek in on your trip. I've always wanted to go to G.B., so I will check your blog often. You will be in our prayers.
I was born in the Cayman Islands, and then moved to Kansas when I was five with my family. Know I am a junior at Kansas State University, studying philosophy and history, but I will be spending the next four months studying at Oxford University in the UK. ... full info
