The bus actually arrived in Mui Ne although an hour late and we boarded it to head to Nha Trang, although Mully wasn't allowed on untill he cleaned his feet with a bottle of water. Mully and I were set and on the way to Vietnam and it was only another 6 hour bus journey, with a bus driver who was driving as if he was possessed by the devil. Just before we crossed the border we stopped at a small restaurant for people to get some food. Well Mully and I had left the globetrotters and began our own mini adventure discovering first of all Cambodia and then on to Vietnam. We borded a flight in Phuket to Bangkok with Airasia - my new favourite airline, the women that work for that company are incredible... well...following the full moon party everyone was asleep in the hotel for a while. I wasn't asleep from the night before till that morn at around 7.30/8 so the day was gone. Monday 2nd November was full moon day for the Globetrotters. The day was lazy enough, my new best friend, the rascal renter, Sue had made a deal with me about getting a speed boat over to Kohpanyang to save us having to go look for accommodation on the island which was already busy with people staying for the party. Well folks the last time I left you I was sitting in a trance in Hong Kong airport unable to sleep waiting for a plane. Well chapter two begins on the wednesday morning waking up in a bed far too small for one person let alone sharing it with the monster that is barry mcg. Around 2 o'clock I left the uncomfortable surroundings of our rented house in Portstewart and began the trip up the road to the city airport in Belfast. I was joined by my dad and a slightly fragile mum who hadn't been the biggest fan of my plans to travel the world when I first decided to announce to them both I was heading, however she was a big part of getting me organised to actually get away and without her I would have been completely unprepared.
