HI! Just got a quick update and thrilled to see you are both still happy and healthy, although hope the travelling isn't wearing you out too much. Weather here rubbish, rubbish, rubbish so prepare yourselves on your return. Can't wait to see you little cousin! Lots of love Janey x x x x
Congratulations!!!!!! Hi Ben and Fi.Greetings from Kenya. Was just going throuh your wedding day events. It was terrific.l have been to the Mara several times.I must say its a very wonderful place. And for you guys to tie the note there....just swept me beyond my wildest imagination.Congratulations and welcome back to Kenya.
shame on you! I am a (proudly) South African citizen, and I know many South Africans who live in Aus, I went to visit some family there last year June, flying there on Qantas and back on SAA. And I must say, SAA is sooooooooooooooooooooo much betta! Everyone I know there also agrees. Qantas' inflight entertainment may be a notch better, but come on, SAA is still the ONLY airline I've ever flew with, where they give you REAL STEEL cutlery in economy class... Beat that!
Congratulations! Hi Ben and Fi - just been catching up on your travels (oh and I think you got married too didn't you!). Well I never thought the day would come, but I've seen the photographic evidence, so I guess it must be true. Seriously, I wish you both all the very best, you take good care of each other. All this talk of game drives and the Mara makes me reflect on our time there a couple of years ago - it is absolutely amazing and though you don't necessarily wish for rain storms they are spectacularly dramatic aren't they? We did not see a leopard either though - maybe next time.
Look forward to reading the next installment of your travels soon and seeing you when you get home.
Love Linda, Chris, Bradley, Barney and Diesel xxx
We have just read your blog! Your day sounded amazing. We do agree Ben Fi looked fantastic and you scrubbed up well yourself. As I said it would be, the best day of your life - so far -. Puts alot of other things into perspective.
Looking forward to your next blog, safe onward journeys - lots of Love Dave and Michelle.
Congratulations!!! Just read the account of your wedding day here in Leek library and you certainly feel a long way from here! So pleased the powers that be granted you a dry ceremony and that all went without a hitch. You looked beautiful Fi - just as I thought. Dad is here sitting next to me as I type, we've just been Christmas shopping in Leek and he sends his best. Mum does too and they have both been in touch with your mum and da on a regular basis to make sure that we get the latest news from you both.
I am following the itinerary that your dad passed on to me and will have a chat with your dad when I see him later tonight.
Take care of eachother and I can't wait to hear about the surprises Ben has in store for you!
Love you lots and catch up with you soon Fi - naughty cousin Janey x x x x x x x
Wedding Well today was your wedding, hope you both had a wonderful day. Luckily, Fiona hasn't fleed like the Runaway Bride on a horse, or even an elephant!
Seriously though, hope today was a success and CONGRATULATIONS!!! I'm so happy for you both. Have fun on the honeymoon and see you when you get back.
All my love, Nikki xxxxxxxx
Good luck No need to be nervous Ben, she won't run away, she luurrrrves you!!!!
Hope you've both had a good flight and good luck on the big day I'm sure it will go as smoothly as expected, just don't let Fi near the champagne, you don't want her passing out just before she says "I do". Have a lovely day, I'll be thinking of you.
Looking forward to reading your next entry and seeing the dodgy photos taken by the chimpanzees in the jungle!
Lots of love
Nik xx
