So far so good. Although we got to the airport a wee bit early (3:45 a.m.) the check-in counters didn’t open until close to 5:30. Luckily we were at the front of the line. But it was okay, Robert passed the time with the word puzzles my mom gave him (Robert says thank you very much mom, it’s been his favorite book the whole time!) and I read magazines and danced around (much to the chagrin of other not-so-excited passengers who weren’t so lucky to be flying first class or going to Japan). The Maple Leaf Lounge was fabulous. All you can eat bagels, muffins, fruit drinks, coffee, and yes even hard liquor. No, we did not imbibe at such an early hour, but after 6 bagels (they were small! Think Lender’s frozen baby bagel size),
