Eating Mr. Ed? Horse Sushi?!? - From: Adventures in Tokyo
You know, I think that's starting to catch on here - I just heard a new jingle on the radio yesterday - it went something like this... A horse is a course, of course, of course, And we can eat some horse of course That is, of course, unless the course is the famous Mr. Ed. Go right to the stable and then to the table Have some gravy and wine with your Sable It goes down smooth as long as you're able Come eat Mr. Ed. Horse steak is oily and tough but in Japan it is tops But sometimes your steaks will have marks from the Jockey's riding crops A horse is a course, of course, of course, It's not something the West would endorse You never heard of eating a horse? Well listen to this. Come eat Mister Ed.

Wow! - From: From Kyoto to Hiroshima
...Preforated butter? That's the greatest thing since...sliced bread! Good luck lugging a bunch of Totoros through the airport - customs will probably think you're smuggling preforated butter in them. The Take-copter is cool even if it looks a little dangerous for the little kids it's probably marketed to. I can see the disclaimer in the commercial now: "Doreamon-First-Aid-Kit sold separatelty."

I'm Jealous! - From: Bicycling in Kyoto
Looks like you guys are having a blast! Not much has been happening aroiund here - same old stuff. Taha was fired because of yet another lame excuse (ingrown toenail), Bob still can't sit down, and I put one of you-know-who's cigars between by butt cheeks and then back in the box. Can hardly wait till he smokes my ass! Don't worry - I'll give you the full report.
