the hut your blog is a big help. i'll be off to puerto galera this May and that's gonna be my first time. I'll be with a big number of friends, maybe about 10, and accommodation would surely get a large cut on our budget. do you have contact details of the nook you got from somewhere else in south of the border? your response would be much appreciated! maraming salamat!
BOLINAO.. the best ! :D i love yer photos! nice shots... nice views... gnda talaga sa Bolinao.. lagi ako jan every vacation because it's my grandma's natal land... but once lang ako nkapunta sa treasures.. hndi pa sulit.. :(( hayy.. hope jan naman kami pumuntang family next vacation.. God bless guys! ganda talagaaaaa!
I happen to be a tour guide from Palawan and from time to time go to other tourist destinations here in the Philippines.
I experienced the beauty of Bolinao just this January 2010. Palawan is Palawan so they say..but believe you me...Bolinao can compare to other tourist destinations in the Philippines. Tourism in Bolinao is still young, so people who go there may find the place a bit awkward in terms or out of synch with the modern world. But hey, that's the beauty of it..communing with nature and releasing all those tensions brought about by the rat pace of city living.
I'll be returning to Bolinao soon..actually this coming April 2010..and settle there for good..and work as a tour guide..
Who knows, we might see each other there..c",)

good day! My boyfriend and I saw your pix and we'd love to experience what you showed us. We're planning to take the whole family, please advise us on affordable accommodations there. My friends and I are thinking of going there sometime in august. I was wondering if you could suggest places where we could stay. Thanks and hope to hear from you soon. Please email me at lil_shy10886@yahoo.com
Amazing place! This is such an amazing place to visit , and especially to stay for at least a couple of days. it is not very cheap, but with all the amenities that you get, the relaxing ambiance, and the excellent service---money spent is all worth it.
Its Like a Dream
nice photos. and boutique, is a nice place. I was there with a barkada (who supposedly will leave but last minute, decided to stay for the night as the place was inviting) last July and it was a good experience. To watch out in "The Boutique" are 1 the act of choosing scents [room, bath condiments, etc] 2 the more than a dozen pillows in all shapes and sizes 3 the free tsokalate plus the frutas maruya at mid-evening 4 the corned beef bulalo and the tuyo as free breakfast 5 and just before you go, a pabaon of 'boutique' chocs. Exhilaratingly heavenly.

thank you you really help me a lot, i was looking for a getaway for our 4th year anniversary and you gave me an excellent option (even with the expenses). really great! thanks a lot!
water is too shallow! my family and i went to bolinao 2 days ago and we were all looking forward to having a great time at the beach considering that it too us 9 hours to get there. the sand was nice compared to san fabian's, but we all got disappointed to find out that the water was too shallow! the deepest we could find was below the knee! we had to walk more than 30 mins trying to reach the waves but we couldn't get any farther because the farther you get, the more you're going to hurt your feet with the torns of the seagrass and sharp stones. the water was very clean, very clear... yeah, but not good for swimming. So we all went home disappointed.
Alaminos I miss my hometown, the cradle of my childhood, where waves polish a hundred beautiful gemstones on the Gulf Lingayen. Its pristine waters show the pure essence of the sea. Its fine white sand caresses thy body to the ultimate ecstacy. Its fresh wind blowing thy senses away healing the tormented mind and spirit. I left this place and wondered around the globe to find my destiny. But one thing for sure, in thy bossom will be my resting place. (from a pure bloodied and hearted Alaminian)
