Funny as, I was just talking to somebody today about the $1 chevron drinks. Quick boys, it's nearly 10pm and they go up to $2 then so lets go buy 10 now and line em up. I've never shit so green in all my life.
Hongkong doesn't sound like to place to be. To bad things didn't work out as planned! I hope you enjoy your stay Langkawi, but guess that shouldn't be a problem! Greetings from Melbourne (yes I'm still here) and I love your writings skills :D
white wine maybe its called white wine instead of yellow wine because after drinking heaps you are busting to go to the toilet so anything that will remind you of peeing e.g. yellow wine, is probably a bad thing. other then that i'm stumped!
Wine Perhaps they thought "white" was better than "green," because the grapes its made from are actually green. I don't think anyone would drink green wine. Nor yellow, as it might remind them of piss or something. Plus the grapes aren't yellow, or else they wouldn't be ripe, so that might imply that it was made with crappy grapes. Anyway, those are my ramblings for the day. Glad you guys are still having fun. Sarah and I are planning our trip for Sept of next year... hope you are still around at that time!
Hey dud and dudette! Hello hello!
Was nice to have news from you guys! It's been a while. Florian is now 7 weeks old and he's a lovely baby. You were talking about organization skills, well I'm with you. Being a mother is all about being organized if you want to manage to get something else done than just looking after the baby. But it's a very fulfilling experience. I am bringing Flo everywhere. He even went to his first tasting two weeks ago:) Are you going to come in Melbourne at some stage? I would love to introduce him to you. Hope your work schedule will ease a bit and give you time to enjoy yourself too. Keep writting and sending pictures. I am a blogger on Travelblog too if you want to read me too. Kisses

other friends in Hong Kong I have some other friends in Hong Kong if you guys are looking for some english speakers to hang out with. One of which (Adriana actually) just celebrated her bday in the middle of the typhoon. Reading your story, I realized that she wasn't kidding! Anyway, congrats on landing home and on entering the married (or at least soon-to-be-married) world. Dan and I may be heading that way next year to visit Adri and you guys- if you'll have us. Until then... cheers!

JUst suck it all up and have an amazing time, whether it be work or play. Will you get a chance to go into China proper? it is cheap and easy from HongKong. Would be amazing to get to Bejing before and after the Olympics to see what they do with pollution.

Uncle Kev Well Kev, last time i checked travellers were allowed to watch tv too although I hadnt read the fine print in the manual. When in Rome..... Tell me you dont enjoy eating your dinner in front of the tv in the lounge room. If not your most likely a dick anyway. As for you, you are obviously a boring human being. Rather than immersing yourself in culture that you believe to be beneficial to the community, sit down, flick on some simpsons and have a beer.
nothing do you really like watching those episodes of friends in vang vieng?? disappointing..... you attempt to put down the backpackers, but you are just more of the same.... and why did u drink that whisky if u didn't want to??? are people really intimidated that easy???
Hong Kong? My friend lives there (for another year at least) and I'm planning to visit next spring. Let me know if you guys are around! Oh, and please dont eat any dogs. Poor things.
great story! Hi you lovebirds!!
How's life in Vietnam? Your story sounds fantastic! I really wonder where Kim comes home with from Hoi An (want pictures!!!)! So the plan is Hong Kong? Fantastic, will be great! If you stay there longer then a year I'll be there too, we can drink some buckets then!! Jeeh!!
Well, enjoy! Lovely to have travelled with you guys for those two weeks!
We keep in touch! Kiss Miek
I completely understand about the zip line! I might have to put this zipline adventure place on my list of places to visit. It is so scary to sit on the edge and just let go... but so worth it once you do! I've only done the once-down-the-mountain-and-across-the-water kind, but this looks really cool. Still love reading about your adventures. Keep 'em coming!
What's wrong with your guns?! All that hard work in the gym was all for nothing! Your guns look woeful even when you're trying hard to make them look big. Pathetic. Kimmy, do something about your BF's guns.....or at least stop taking photo's of them thinking they're huge. Remember, you're comparing them with Asian gun's now. It's time to come home.

You guys are unbelievable I would have borrowed the AK47 from the guy on the bus and used it to persuad the slightly tubby pom in the cinema to move on. Failing that I would have asked Kym to use some of that Kung Fu, kick boxing shit to turf him out. Stay safe guys
Dad (Hall)
