Much better Hi,
I liked the photos in this blog much better than the last one. I love the statues, and Louise makes a good statue too. I notice you never stood like that though...
Warning needed! Hi,
Like the photo of you in the boat Ads. Nice shirt! But you need to put warnings up if you are going to show nasty pictures of spiders - they were gross and if I get nightmares I know who to blame! Yuck
Hi Hi,
Like the video - it looks really amazing there. You (or Louise) are getting very good at the scenery and wildlife shots. Glad you're seeing some great things, but looking forward to having you back.
See you soon!
Noisy! Wow! Looks amazing. So pretty but so loud. At least you look warmer than in the last photos! The birds are lovely too. I'm off to make curry. Enjoy the rest of Brazil and try some churasco. Yummy, oh and some feijoada.
No-one really knows how the islands became inhabited the statues were made as a sort of show of wealth and power by the tribes and as memorial, they mostly eat fish on the islands not sure why they stopped, think they became bad luck or something so they started to destroy them
hello Em
the wooly ones are llamas the not wooly ones at the start are guanacos
I as usualy wrote the blog, and yes they smelt of sulphur but not as bas as Rotarua that whole town smells bad
Best place is next blog called Salar de unuyi its was amazing will skype you later
Feeling poetic? Hey you two,
Which one of you wrote the blog? I love the imagery, very nice. So of course, here are my questions.
1) Did the springs smell? Chel said that Rotarua smelt sulphury, so was it like that or not.
2) Alpacas or llamas?
3) Really best place visited?
4) Where next?
You looked so cold in one of the photos but still had your sunnies on!
Glad you are having fun. May not be able to visit this year afterall cos we have to pay for our visas aswell and we might be moving house cos this one isn't very child friendly and doesn't have a good back garden. Still undecided but might be 2011 and we might be bringing 2 babies with us! Hopefully.
Much love and kisses

http://www.kuodatravel.com Great photos. I like the reference to Gulliver. I live in Cusco and that's exactly how I feel here. I often walk around with a scratch on my forehead from running into door frames. On a different note, when you go to southern Bolivia, you have to go to the Salar de Uyuni. I'm sure that's already on your list, but just in case it's not. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salar_De_Uyuni
Have a good trip.
How many times did you make Louise stand like a statue? The island looks amazing with the horses and the light and the statues. Where are you now and what is next? Can you put that in the end of your blogs please?
I enjoyed your Bolivia post. It made me want to go back there. Our blog is giving away a free night at The Point hostel in Peru or Bolivia. If you are interested, check out dirty-hippies.blogspot.com
Continued fun on your travels,
Eric
Phallic plants and spiders! WTF! DId you see the size of the legs on that spider?! Thicker than mine!

Colourful
It looks so nice and colourful here. Like the crack about Emmas height - very funny (even if she does smack you for it later).
