Our Journey Begins!!!!

Day 1= 15th February: Bankgkok

After a long journey we finally arrived in Bangkok. After picking up our bags we made our way out of the airport. The stuffy and polluted air just hit our lungs, I wasnt expecting that much of a drastic change! The first person we met outside of the airport stopped us on the street and asked us where we were heading and warned us not to go into Central Bangkok because of the bombs the night previous. Not a very delightful greeting for us considering we just arrived, we were so scared!

Anyway, after getting persuaded to pay over 165 quid on trips we finally got to our hostel "Nap park' where we met Lucy, Lena and Meg. Pretty sure the whole of the hostel heard our screams of excitement when we first saw each other. Had our first night on Ko San Road, was so much fun, was very intoxicated and have no more memory of this day...Welcome to Bangkok!!
