Ok...not much to report today....went to a lovely palace in Bikaner this morning, then have travelled to Jalsamier (about 5 hours) by car......totally love my Kindle...even managed to read in the car and not feel ill....i am such a traveller!!!ok real travellers wouldn't have a private driver or a kindle...but you know what i mean!
anyway...we are both very excited about our camel safari tomorrow...we are staying in the cutest hotel today, we have mental wall hangings and a sahri as a door cover...brill!
we took a short walk aroudn the area this evening....we were in a shop..pretending to be french (our drvier told us not to say we are english as people think you are rich and most people can speak english and harrass you a bit) anyway had a power cut adn still teh shop workers tried to sell you stuff in the dark (by mobile phone light!)
anyway danny managed to escape with his rubbish french accent....hilarious!!! tres bien
ok off for food now and looking forard to a night under the stars in the desert tomorrow..
