Hanging in Singapore Airport

Singapore airport has to be the least boring of all airports I've been to. We arrived at midnight last night and we were able to find a room in the transit hotel and had a good sleep and shower. We don't fly out till 11.30pm tonight so we're killing time, but there is so much to do! So far we've found a crayon colouring station, butterfly house, shiatsu foot and leg massager, GP car racing game (part of a promotion they're running), XBox jam studio, sunflower garden and an outside tropical cactus garden with a bar - all free (well, except the beer)! Next will be some shopping and a free 2-hour cultural tour by bus of Singapore, followed by a swim in the swimming pool/bar on the roof of terminal 1, before we fly out. If we have time, the day spa is also an option!

Sure beats sleeping on an airport bench and killing time playing cards.

I am glad you got a good sleep. The airport sounds pretty impressive!
