Koh Chang the island
This picture was taken as we were arriving Koh Chang.Nike:
After a 9hour bus journey and a 1hour boat trip , which involved me being sick numerous times we finally arrived at our destination, our first 'paradise island' koh Chang.
I have never seen anything like this place, mountains,palm trees,wild jungles and beautiful beaches all on one 5 mile island, its amazing.
After much persistance nat has got us a little hut right on the beach for 290baht, around 4.50 a night. Its so amazing waking up to the sea and watching the sunset at night. It really feels like a little home in paradise, especially with the pet cat we have adopted who comes in through a small hole in the night and sleeps on our bed with us. We have also put up a hammock which, as you can tell by the pics i took no time at all in falling asleep in!
Other then that we really havent been up to much other then chilling out,attempting to get a tan,swimming and getting a massage on the beach. we are thinking of going kayaking around the island and maybe going through the jungle on an elephant so we will keep you all updated.
