Recipe for 1 person. Adjust for more servings.
1 Chicken thigh
10 gr of shallot
10 gr Turmeric fresh
1 stack of lemon grass

2 cups of chicken stock and boil
Add lemongrass, shallot and turmeric
Last add meat (water must be boiling when you add chicken)
When the meat changes color to white turn the hear to low and slow cook
Skim the fat as it cooks

Squezze fresh lime at serving
