An early start to the day with Amanda cranking up the air conditioning!

Had a day of sighteesing taking some of the major sights of the Grand Palace and a few Wats - all very grand and nice to see again.

A very hot and muggy day again so had so have a slow afternoon before heading into Chinatown and getting lost in the labryinth of Soi's marvelling at the many weird and wonderful delights for sale.

Amazingly enough we ended up in the Shoe Streets part of Chinatown ... well Amanda didn't know quite which way to look. The unfortunate thing was that it was for wholesale only and you had to buy several pairs of the same shoes which didn't even tempt Ms Brine!!!

Back to the familiar streets of Khao San we chilled for the evening with a beer or two.
