Singapore - Day 1

Flew into Singapore this morning, it was a very long flight stuck between a german couple and opposite a crying baby - just what you need when your trying to get some sleep!
I checked into the Hangout Hostel and met a few guys in my room. We decided to get the metro to The Changi museum which is linked to the old Changi Prisions. It was quite small and not much there so we had a good look around before heading back to base.
Later on we headed out to Newton Circus Hawker Centre (a local food market) where we got a few local dishes to share which ended up being quite expensive.
