Valentines Day in Singapore

We really liked Singapore. It is a great blend of Old and New, from the the high-browed history of Raffles Hotel to the modern Shopping Centres and the Esplanade Theatre. The City has a wide ethnic mix, is beautifully clean and has loads to do, although prices are much higher than the rest of Asia.

We spent a lovely Valentines Day on Sentosa Island where there is a beautiful Beach and an exciting Cable Car Ride over the Harbour to get there. Singapore marked the end of our trip through South East Asia and we were sad to leave this diverse and colourful continent.
