hello earthlings!

im new to this domain so its kind of like threading on unchartered territory. well, not entirely la. there were andy's 2 travelblogs and alex mac's as well so the inception to this portal has not been too jarring. ive been blogging since 2005 anws so im pretty adept with this whole novelty haha; my very inadequate grasp with technology notwithstanding. so yes this medium here's gonna serve as mechanism by which you can keep tabs on me together with my 2 other travel mates. this is the first post. and my last day before i fly tomorrow.

the itinerary looks like this:

bangkok, thailand

siem riep, cambodia

sihanoukville, cambodia

phnom penh, cambodia

hcmc (saigon), vietnam

nha trang, vietnam

da nang (hoi an), vietnam

hanoi, vietnam

luang prabang, laos

vang vieng, laos

vientiane, laos

back to bangkok then the sweet sensation of home.

packing just now was, and always has been the ultimate emo trip. the gamut of experience it induces is a lethal brew of uncertainty and adrenalin all at once, but the prospect of garnering some lifelong precocious lessons that transcend academia is a tantalising one. so just as fast any misgivings or compunctions are dissolved and negated by an ebullience for life. this is supposed to be short, so i'd leave it at that. watch this space in the following 5 wks or so to come. it'd be nice to hear from home really. im stoked. be safe everyone im out chowww!
