Having seen the mountains from afar in both Shimla and Pokhara, it was now time to get into the heart of the Himalayas. I work as a town planner in London, and have always enjoyed travelling. I also love photography, and in June 2009 I decided to take a year off work to travel the globe. This blog recounts that trip.
