Perhentian Islands

From Taman Negara we traveled for about 10 hours to get to the Perhentian islands were we found a really nice beach chalet right in the sea and decided to chill here for 10 nights By Rich
As we opted for coral beach the quieter side of the island we got dropped off of the boat first...amazing just a few chalets (we went for a sea front ) its bliss getting up going for a swim in the clearest sea...bit of snorkeling ,canoed for the first time..it took us 6 hours to get around the whole island.(massages all around after) The main religion is Muslim the further north you go in Malaysia so we were over the moon when we decided to take a stroll through the jungle to get to the east coast of the island about 20mins later..whoop yeah. beer huts with beer................mmmm..its a bit tricky making the journey back through in the early hours (glad we had a torch)
