my current "hotel" provides no amenities/services whatsoever, including toilet paper. as the receptionist said, "you are not paying enough". at first, i was very upset about the no toilet paper, as i did not listen to those of you advising me to take care with the water. i am pretty certain the bug i picked up was due to my having drank water from a tap (at the tourism office).

as there was no t.p. i used the hose next to the toilet as a bidet. the cool water was quite refreshing on me sore bum, if you know what i mean. the inconvenience is the wetness. dripping dry didn't work out as my legs would go numb first.

if only they provided soap, as the washing can get sloppy. i know i know, TMI!!!! but i'm sure all will be glad to know i am on solid ground again!
