Konichiwa iroppoi people! Holiday is over and I am living again on the far side of the moon. I did get to have a peak at the western world for a week and it was BEAUTIFUL. underground, subway, metro, whatever. I was on it everyday and it has a personality all to itself. I really enjoyed the metro as much as visiting the actual destinations

loads of people. the underground itself is a maze of underground shopping complexes and facilties and subway tunnels. The Metro even has its own newspaper, it honestly is another city just beneith the surface

As close as I could get to the embassy. The security was crazy. I was walking by the exterior wall of the embassy and people popped out of bushes and said I had to walk on the other side of the street. Seriously. I saw at least 4 security vans and guards lined most of the perimeter. I was nervous to get close and Im an American.. is this because of terrorism?

I was really expecting hundreds of men screaming sell in Japanese with crushed wads of paper scattering a floor of tears and broken dreams.. The reality? people snoozing at desks and eating their lunch as little numbers quietly scrolled by. Boring.
