Arrived in Tokyo!

Hello everyone ... I mean konnichiha!! (hello in Japanese)
Its so hard to believe that you all are just getting ready for work now and we are going to bed! We travelled through time and chased the sunlight westbound over Nunavut, The North Pole and Siberia and arrived in Tokyo the 27th at 6pm ... a time of day that you haven't seen yet! It was a great flight with Air Canada with TONS of good food believe it or not! We watched movies, played scrabble, cards and tried to sleep a bit. Unfortunately we didn't see Santa or the reindeer 😞
Tokyo is HUGE! We both thought Toronto was a big city but we think that Tokyo has Toronto beat in size. Our hotel and our room is luxury and we can't wait to share the pictures with you! It is certainly one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to. I won't give too much away but one thing I just have to tell you is that the toilet seats here are heated (private and public) and each toilet has a remote control. WOW!
We are writing this to you with a lovely pianist and cello player making beautiful music in the background. Very relaxing after such a long trek!
Time to go to bed now so that we have energy for our very planned out day tomorrow! Goodnight!
