nature tripping in Moka

Since I am residing in Mashiko town (about 20 mins. drive from Moka), i couldnt say I am not a tourist anymore in this area but and I must say theres lesser attraction because the city is smaller ,you can just see a few pedestrians roaming in the city. Located on the outskirts of this small city is a huge nature park called Igashira which caters mostly to the residents of the surrounding areas. During weekends the park is filled with families and health minded people. Its ideal for jogging,hiking,biking,skating,picnic, school trips, photography,bird watching and swimming. There is a huge pool resort near the lake. The pool attracts swimmers during summer. The lake is home to different animal species. Theres a gazebo for those who like to relax near the lake. There is a bicycle rental shop where you can rent a bicycle in an hourly rate. Aside from these facilities, they have greenhouse which houses exotic flora and fauna. Theres also an adjoining rose garden park with a fountain where you can spot big roses of different colors. Theres also a football field located far away. Not so much history can be seen here but for nature and health enthusiast this place is a must.
