Adventure before Dementia India 2012

07.00 Hours Sunday 18 March 2012.



Well no lessons learned here I am up early to go to see the Hawa Mahal (The Palace of the winds) and the City Palace before the throngs of tourists arrive

I start to walk to town, but take a rick as it is really getting warm already. I take a few picture of the Hawa Mahal , but do not g round the back to go up to see the street from above. The Hawa Mahal is just a façade and has no structure round the back. it was used for the ladies of the day to see the street life without breaking purdah.



I move on to the city palace and take some nice photos before it gets busy.

It’s quiet on the street as it is Sunday but it does not stop the band



I go to one of Jaipur’s oldest Lassiwallas and have a lassi. This one I see has crushed ice (a No No) and a man puts the last bit of curd I think in with his hand.



If I make it through this Lassi I will do well. I put it down to the Lassi’s that I have had no problem down below. They are said to top up the old good bacteria. I have also taken to drinking rose flavored Lassi. Well if I have trouble at lest it will smell a bit better.



I little further down the road I think the heat as got to me. When I was at school, the headmaster had a Humber Hawk a beast of a car I remember. Well have a look at the photos, cam it be real with 9254 miles on the clock for a 50 year old car

Back to the guesthouse to pack for tomorrow’s bus

I get up in the middle of the night to go the loo

When i come out there he is on the floor, not the same one as before but I am no Attanborough but he looks smaller.

He heading for the ruckie and bumps into it and turns back towards me. No hesitation this time I slap him with me Clark's.

When in need British products will see you home.

Some things go together: Leather on willow, Clark's on roaches.
