not every day is fun when travelling!

day 31 = SHIT DAY!! (wrote this in our room in pune at night- not in best mood!!)
Started off badly at 05:20 with stomach cramps
at 05:45- got laundry back ; wet through and not pressed.
at 06:30- no breakfast insight (" eat as much as you want" brekkie no where in sight)
at 07:00 got breakfast, in turn they questoned whether we had paid for the breakfast( we had!)
at 07:15, finally got rickshaw as there is a rickshaw strike today
at 07:30 bus nowhere in sight for pune ( it comes 15 minutes late)
at 08:00 shree maya ring our bus driver up wanting to speak to us "did you stay 4 nights!!??)- shan't write down what I wrote in my journal!
at 08:45 finally leave aurangabad with a driver who wants to commit suicide (3 near death experiences )
We arrive in Pune (dirty, polluted, boring , shitty place..... decided that I was not going to stay here )
By 14:30 we had been ripped off by a rickshaw driver, in enough of a major scam stylie to let lonely planet know and are staying in a rather dirty house (mmm no hotel to be had) with some of the ashram folk (GREAT!!) By 15:30 we nearlly got attacked by a dog and by 16:30 we were told "no trains to goa" for at least 3 days!! By 17:00 have a sleeper bus booked and by 17:30 we were drinking beer!! ! What a shit day! only made better by yummy cheese on toast at gourmet bar and mutton stew at jazz cafe! Oh, and to top it all surrounded by the maroon wearing devotees of the famous ashram- sure lots of people love it here, but not for us

HAVE TO SAY IN THE WHOLE YEAR WE WERE AWAY THIS WAS THE ONLY PLACE WE WANTED TO LEAVE AS SOON AS WE ARRIVED! (THINK IT WAS A CULMINATION OF THE WHOLE DAY AND NOT FEELING WELL)
