Mysore

We spent a couple of days in Mysore. We checked out the Maharaja's Palace (which we were convinced we lived in during one of our past lives...) Then we met a really nice rikshaw driver who took us around everywhere. We saw temples, cremation places by the river, a shrine that had a tree growing in it, an execution chamber as well as the nearby bird sanctuary. Apart from our dirty hotel we had a very nice time in Mysore. Oh yeah, and we also bought some very expensive essential oils and insence typical of this region. Unfortunately this is all we can recall and we are rushing to get up to date with all the entries.
