We wanted to go to a lake called Pangong and that took us over the top the world and third highest motoring road on earth at 5300 meters - Changla Pass. Pangong is 60KM from there. The most important word in Laddakh is "Julley" meaning - 'thank you', 'good-bye', 'good-day' and so on. All those in just one word !

Magnetic hill

They call it 'magnetic hill' - if you park the car on the flat road it will be slowly pulled toward the mountain. I wasn't very convinced but it did look like the car was being pulled. Well, in the end we rather liked to believe it than not.

Visit to Changla pass
Well, we took a trip in April to Ladakh, however the weather went temperamental, and we reached changla pass, but due to the heavy snowfall could not move to travel to the lake. The route was really dangerous and we were nervous as hell....however the sights were mindblowing and out of the world!!
