We have started our week of excursions and the first day we went to a biodynamic farm and it was so different from the farm we went to in Australia. We worked on the farm most of the day and spent time digging up worms which was actually pretty fun. We did that for an hour and then got a huge meal because they have a chef on the farm (which is so cool). The food was good, but the best dish was the eggplant, which I normally don’t like but it was the first time I liked it.

Today we went to Dujiangyuan Irrigation System and there were so many things to take pictures of. We walked up a mountain and there were temples and beautiful natural views. We walked across a suspension bridge that was high over a huge river and, at one point, I thought the bridge was going to break, but it didn’t and we walked back to the bus because it was past lunch time and everyone was starving.
