Beijing I left Kobe and Japan on the 16th October for the 3 day journey to Beijing. As usual there was a splattering of fellow travellers, 2 Irish girls, a Japanese girl and the by now obligatory Aussie. This is the spot where a tiger is alleged to have jumped to the other side giving the gorge it's name although I have my doubts that this actually happened as there's only sheer cliffs on the other side so the poor fecker would have had to jump back again!
