OK, we'll get to the drug dealers soon but first we shall start where we (think) we left off.

Well our day picked up considerably after our tonle sap tour. After a massive nap we checked out the night markets, made some new friends and then hit Pub St. Where we made even more friends. We met up with some girls from The Netherlands, and a girl and some guys from Melbourne. Overall it was a fantastic night and we had so much fun!

After going to bed at roughly 2am, we then got up at 6 to catch the bus to Phnom Penh. It was slightly uncomfortable given the arctic conditions and the horn-happy bus driver, however the countryside was great to see. Upon arriving, we were assaulted by a sea of tuktuk drivers and in our disgust, decided to walk. It turned out to be a bit of a hike with our rediculously heavy bags, but as Kate's mother says, it's character building. Turned out we had a lot of character building to do as we trekked for ages after the place we had intended to stay was full. In the end we caught a tuktuk to a different district and booked in at this really cool guesthouse (haha). Which is were the dirty sheets come in. Despite our disgusting room, the back deck over the water turned out to be an awesome place to hang and watch the clouds.

Our night time excursion was where we met the drug dealer. "Do you want something, something, anything..." We politely declined.

Today we moved to a slightly more decadent guesthouse. HOT WATER!! Long showers for us tonight!

We had quite a sobering day today, as we visited the sights of the Khmer atrocities; the Killing Fields and the Genocide Museum. Needless to say the accounts and photos were incredibly moving.

We have to admit we ate ice-cream for lunch. (dont tell our mothers.) And then after checking out the shops, headed back to our lovely aircon and hot water abode.

We're about to head off to have dinner, khmer food we promise.

And very sorry but we once again forgot our camera cords. Next time, promise.
