Day Four

Dragged out of bed early to see sun come up over the stadium , Then we set off to get a boat to Robben Island where a lot of bad things happened you can read more about it here http://encyclopedia.kids.net.au/page/ap/Apartheid.

The boat is very smooth , There are some stunning views of the main land from robben Island which must of made it worse . A man who got sent there for arranging a high school demo when he was still at school shows us round ! just imange being sent to prison on an island miles from your family just for mis behaving at school very sad but everything is good now. we also see Nelson mandella cell. A man in a liverpool shirt comes over to talk to us and says how very sad it is . I have to stop Philip before he says he would be all in favour of having aparheid from Liverpool fans.


I am now writting this while Philip tries to watch Everton I thought we come away to get away from this nonsense, he says he is never watching them again. yeah right, anyway I am ready for my tea. more tommorow. X

FOOTNOTE:Philip is making a show of himself jumping up and down in a bar as Everton score in injury time. I wish some one would make us live seperate lives
