Judy and Wray Joiner of Kansas City flew to Africa to share our adventure to Victoria Falls and Chobe NP in Botswana. Judy and Rita worked as Dental Hygienists together for 23 years, so they are like sisters. The Joiners arrived a day late due to problems with their flight out of Atlanta. So unfortunately their vacation was cut short by a day. Once they arrived, they had a day to go up to Ukutula, to get some one on one time with some lions, then on the 20th we rented two 4x4's with roof top tents, and headed north out of Pretoria. We stopped for dinner at KFC in Mokopane. We only drove for about four hours on our first day so we could cross the border into Botswana early the next day. That night
