The city is surounded by walls
It's been raining for the last few days and people told us it hasn't rained that much since 1996 ! Most people are quite happy about it, despite the floods, since it's good for agriculture.

Yesterday, we meet two guys from Casablanca. They were spending a few days in Taroudannt as well and we decided to spend the day at a small berber village, a few kilometers away. We found a bus that was going there. The ticket was 6 dirhams (half a dollar). At some point, the bus stopped and the driver told us he wouln't go further, the road was closed and that we should walk the last 3 km. After walking for a while we saw that the local river was flooded ! A bit of water stopped the bus but didn't stop us, check out the photos 😊

Today we took a taxi to visit some other place, closer to the mountains and I must admit it was really nice, especially from the top of one of the hills, it was worth climbing 😊

Hello
Seems you are having a good time, even with a little bit rain... Nice pictures, it reminds me our Morroco-summer trip. I hope you are going to see the desert, it's so wonderful and unbelievable! I enjoyed your farming story too, it's really a great idea! Take care.
