Already 3 week spent in Morroco, time flies ! My favourite places are:
- Chefchaouen: This cute little town in surrounded by mountains and canabis farms 😊 The vatmosphere is very friendly and most walls inside the medina (old town) are painted in blue.
- Merzouga: Very touristy but still enjoyable, that's the place with the highest sand dunes in morroco (up to 300) meters. Riding a camel for hours is an interesting experience and sandboarding was both difficult and great.
- Taroudannt: The southern part of morroco that we visited, close to the snow pics, this city is surrounded by antic walls. We went to a palm tree oasis nearby, very pretty :p
In comparison, the big cities like Marrakesh and Fes were a bit disapointing. Too many people, too many hagglers, I felt more like a "ressource", a way for locals to get money.
We'll take a ferry to France tomorrow (36h), spend a night in Marseille and take another ferry to Tunis (36h).
