My first experience in Morocco is when I get ripped off by the taxi driver on my fare from the airport to the hotel. It should be about 100 dirhams which equates to around 10 euro, I'm charged 200 D dirhams. I find that you cannot accept the first price offered by a taxi and must immediately ½ any suggested fare. It is a sad fact that animal skins are for sale in the Souqes. Crocodile, zebra, leopard, large snakes all make there way into the Souqs to be sold.

Morocco
Great travelogue. Seems like a fascinating place despite the pitfalls and hassles - but then my brown skin wouldn't stand out as much! Definitely on my list.
