Afriquia Hotel Hi Fernando! I'm sure you will have a fantastic time in Marrakesh. We paid 100 Dirham a night for a double room at the Afriquia. Our best deal was 70 Dirham a night for a double room in Ouarzazate! It is well worth while taking a bus across the Atlas Mountains to this town which is the home of the Atlas Film Studios. All the best for your travels!
We were in Morocco for two weeks. Marrakesh was our first stop and we left Tangiers by ferry for Spain after having an amazing holiday in Morocco! Well worth a visit.
Marrakech property Yes, you will definitely like Marrakech. It is Morocco’s second city in terms of size behind Casablanca with an official population of one million although unofficial figures suggest it’s closer to double that however, it’s undoubtedly the most famous. And so central is its role, the name ‘Morocco’ actually derives from the city’s original name of ‘Marrakush’. That's why it attracts a lot of tourists and investors, who knows that Marrakech property investment is very profittable.
