Welcome to my penultimate blog entry. Home time in a month. A blog about Africa would not be complete without safari photos. You will be pleased to know that I have been very selective and have not uploaded them all! My week off was great. Picked up a patient from the Congo. Landed in Kinshasa (DRC) and then got a different aircraft to the Congo. 2 security guards boarded the plane too without any explanations. Turned out they came on the trip to take a load of bananas and avocados back to Kinshasa! Never a dull day!

My colleague and I were given an avocado each from the Congalese security guys. I put mine in my bag and totally forgot about it so it got a free trip to Somaliland the following day. Not your average stowaway.
