Booking Greece

After breakfast we moved rooms and then went out for lunch. When we returned we has an email from the Greece apartment people letting us know we could have it after we made a Paypal deposit. Unfortunately, at this point the hotel INTERNET ground to slow crawl and it was several hours before we could manage to finish the booking.

I have also now heard from John Panjer at Earl Haig letting me know when and where they will be in Athens. It would be really neat to hook up with them all.

As well on the Greek front, we have been invited to make use of a house in the interior of Greece in a place called Kastoria. We plan to spend our second week there so the Greek portion of our trip is beginning to fall in place.

Though it has been nice to spend some time in one place, I think we are all ready for the move on from Egypt. Tomorrow will be spent with the usual last minute mailings and weighing of suitcases.
