a real torrent

We often go out on a Monday as Alex has Mondays off work. Last week we had lots to do at home, but this week we took ourselves to Torrent walk near Dolgellau, where, due to some heavy rain in the hills over the weekend, the torrent was truly torrential. I'm relying on Alex's photos here as I didn't take a camera, and he never takes pictures of people.....but it was lovely. In the evening, Dad and I went to an illustrated talk about another river, the Vyrwny, very interesting and more great pictures.
