Awaiting DepartureAwaiting DepartureAwaiting Departure

This is Abby. We had the wonderful experience during undergrad to travel together to Ethiopia as part of a study abroad program through the College of Nursing at Ohio State.
Of course you can begin any trip at the airport with a bit of anxiety. Airports are very government ran, follow the rules, type of places. With that understanding comes some anxiety as you go through plans and confirmations in your head to ensure everything is in place in order to board your plane and head out on your planned destination on time. As a seasoned traveler, I still, from time to time, get that bit of anxiety with traveling. Is my luggage at the correct weight limit for this certain airline? Did I confirm everything? Will I get through security ok? Do I have everything I need for a smooth experience at the airport? Today started with some of these thoughts and worries. In addition, my 2 hour and 45 minute drive from Charlottesville to BWI turned into just over 4 hours due to crashes, construction, and Washington DC Monday afternoon traffic. However, I planned ahead and made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare! In fact, the first thing I did once I arrived to the airport was indulge in a nice cold one. Everything is going to be alright!
