Hi again, everybody! I'd first like to express my deepest sympathy for those of you who have been experiencing the cold wrath of snow already, and I'd also like to apologize for the lack of blog entries we've had as of late. There really is not much to report here. We've been working, sometimes, swimming many times and eating all the time. Fortunately for us, October has brought us heat in the low 30's rather than snow, and we've been spending as much time sunbathing as possible. Which is why I will make this short - I want to get out by the pool and spend some quality time with my book.

Everyone seems to be wondering what we did to celebrate Thanksgiving (Thanks for making me very hungry with all the talk of turkey and stuffing, by the way) but the truth is, Australians don't celebrate Thanksgiving, so we hardly even knew it was anything other than Monday. We did cook some lovely Indian food, chicken tikka masala (I'll post photos) that night which actually ended up being just as satisfying as turkey dinner. Or, almost.

Other than that, things are basically the same as before. I've been sick with a sore throat for the last few days, but I really can't complain too much when I'm in Australia. Perhaps I am allowed one complaint though. The cocroaches here are the current terror of my life. The other night we found 3 massive ones crawling about the house. Luckily, Jordan is brave enough to face them, and thanks to Lilybeth showing us some highly effective cocroach spray, he no longer has to stab them with steak knives.

I've run out of things to say though, so I will add the photos and hopefully we'll have something more exciting to report next time..

Hey Guys, Been keeping up to date on you two while we have had time! Looks like a wonderful trip and I am quite jealous of the sunshine.... we just received our first bout of snow... hoping a chinook rolls in to melt it away!
