You are fortunate that you are not spending the winter in Canada, our winter has been very harsh, lots of snow, blizzards and extremely cold weather, we have had the odd nice day but not nearly enough, where is that global warming when you need it. Keep well and safe travels. Love and Hugs, Nan
You"ll love Asia Check out the Puerto Galera area in Philippines if u have time. Just south of Batangas two ours south of Manila. Great beaches, snorkelling, and close to Manila. lots of accommodation and cheap as hell, at least it used to be. Have fun.

ENVIOUS!! Hey you kids! What you are doing is awesome and makes me very envious. When I was in my early 20s I too wanted to travel and have adventures. Didn't quite make it and have been kicking myself ever since! So my word of advice is to soak up everything you're seeing and doing, whether it's waiting tables, washing dishes, hang-gliding, swimming with manta rays or whatever! Make this experience what you want it to be! Don't wait for it to find you! So have fun and travel safe.

Take lots of photos Wow this is awesome, I just talked to your mom, Jord and she gave me the info to get on to your blog. I have been thinking about you and Krista hoping you were ok. What a great adventure for you two. I could just see myself doing the same thing if I was your age. It will be something you will remember for the rest of your life.
