Now at last, Tampa.

This is the competition we have been training for, and where we wanted to be all together as a team.

Flight from Houston had a slight issue, well we, Northbridge group, were ok as we had checked in online. United air had over sold tickets so about 10 skippers and parewere did not get their seats allocated on their boarding pass. Even after they sorted themselves some had same seat number on the flight. Finding that on the plane wasn't that great.

Taxiing from the airport was another experience with a Haitian driver.

We checked in at the competition venue which is university of south Florida. First practice at the gym, judges and coaches meeting, team meeting, etc. We have been quite busy!!

We share our accommodation with skippers from hong kong. Right now I am somehow surrounded by them in the lounge room. Lol.

We have met teams from hong kong, Canada, USA, japan and so on.

Exciting but a bit overwhelming for some of the younger skippers.



Today we have 15-17 years and 18+ age group team events where Jeremy, Leila, Becky, Aimee, Kieran, Denise, Sandra, Charly, Alex and Sophie are competing in. Good luck to them all.

Hi everyone. Sounds like you are skipping so well. Lots of awards! It doesn't really matter if you don't get a place. You are still doing us proud. Happy birthday Takashi! 21 again!
