After laundry, grocery shopping, unpacking, and homework I am all settled in. We had our first class today. 4 hours in a classroom was a little tough after jetsetting across Europe but the class in arbitration seems pretty interesting so far.
Our rooms are similar to a dormitory but a little nicer. I have my own bedroom and bathroom and 6 of us share a kitchen which has worked nicely as the four of us have been buying groceries and making dinner tonight. London may not be known for food but a lot of the produce, bread, eggs, and meat are fresh and local which means sandwiches, chicken curry, and our other home cooked meals have been inexpensive and delicious.
Gena and I just booked tickets to Legally Blonde the Musical for Weds night! Tuesday the 21st is my mom's birthday and I figure that going to a musical in London the next night is the perfect way to celebrate her memory. Margaret and Sam wanted absolutely nothing do with us during that venture. I am pretty excited for our West End Theatre night this Wednesday.
I was planning on doing a few weekend trips, but they are ending up looking more expensive then I originally planned on plus with our homework load it probably isn't the best idea anyway. Plus I've decided that instead of going on mini trips I am going to try to get as many discounted student tickets to musicals as possible while I am in the theatre capital of the world!

Love you, Mary! Have fun at the show. That is the best way to celebrate your mom's birthday!
