Up early again and we were off to Albany. We went up to a lookout to see some amazing views and then over to some rock formations on the coast called “The gap” and “The natural bridge”. Really beautiful spot that reminded me a lot of Ireland. From there we headed to Walpole to do the tree top walk. We were about 40 meters up in the sky and the trees were still way above us. That was really cool. We also went to the bicentennial tree which has these spikes in it that you can climb up to the top. The tree is about 72 meters up. I only went up a little bit but it was a bit scary to come down. There is no net and if you slip there is nothing to stop you from falling to your death. We stopped at a dam that you can go swimming in. The water wasn’t that cold which was good.

We made it to our last campsite of the trip. Was a really nice one surrounded by trees. Simo (our driver) made us carbonara for our last meal and it was delicious. We had another campfire and sat around until 11pm chatting away and telling stories. My last night in a swag! I actually really like sleeping in the swags!

Neat Tree Walk
I think the tree walk would be neat-- BUT-- climbing the tall tree with the spikes????? NO THANK YOU! Not for the faint of heart! You have seen so much, I am envious!
