Greetings,

Krabi, Kuala Lumpur and Ao-nang/Raighley are some of the places we have visited during the last month.

We are now on our second entry of our VISA and we only have to extend the VISA once more before we head back home on the 30th of december. We have found that if you live in a rubber plantation, go for the salty thai made toothpaste instead of a european/american brand. If you do you get to keep the paste to yourselves and do not have to share it with an uncountable amount of ants, who seems to love the sweeter brands.

And if you are heading down to the national park on Ko Lanta make sure that you have good tires. When I travel to the park and intended to head back before it got dark my tire was flat. It all worked out fine in the end but the next time I plan to go there I will rent an off-road bike for sure. The road is really really bad and I like to be able to get back home without flat tires again if possible.

There are a lot more tourists here now and new restaurants and shops pops-up everywhere. The beach is nice and clean again and even the the season change is slowly this year the weather is getting better and better. A huge contrast to low season when most places where closed and the streets much more quiet.

All in all, everything is still great. Arjuna is training hard for his upcoming fireshow and both kids roam the streets in the evenings with their friends and visit their favourite thai people.

I got 2 more weeks to study and are already preparing for the final exam. I do look forward to vacation again but I'd also love to continue the studies. I can finally use the language a little, at least with 3-5 years old thai kids 😉 and I hope I can keep it going when I get back to Sweden again.

More pictures as well even if my favourite lens has stopped working properly.
Take care and enjoy your lives.
Love
