Well, I’m very new to all this blogging and such so I thought my first post could be more of an introduction, so lets begin. Back in 1986 when I was born, I grew up………….. I’m just kidding. My name is Lee, after college I served 5 years in the British Army in the EOD side of things and worked in Germany, Cyprus and Afghanistan. Now on leaving the Army I’ve secured a job in Dubai working as a military instructor in youth development. For those of you wondering how these two very different titles go hand in hand thats a long story, one I’ll be happy to tell anyone who asks. Which brings me to the main reason for starting this blog. I want to document my time out in the UAE and share it with all. On top of that I’m a keen runner and love anything to do with health and fitness so will be documenting any competitions I enter - the Dubai Marathon for example, which I’m planning on doing in January. Not forgetting my love for all kinds of challenges and activities, rock climbing being one of my faves along with scuba diving and caving so watch this space for some interesting adventures. I would also love to hear about other people’s experiences of the UAE.

Dubai is amzing with hotels and resorts and much more
Blogging is always a challenge. Keep it up and post at least once a week. It will become easier. I live in Dubai and have started a travel site and am trying to find info on the resorts and stuff,,,theres just so much out there http://www.edubaihotel.com
