I am planning a trip to Biloxi, Mississippi, as I have never been there before. I have heard many stories about the city. I have heard how it is much like Las Vegas with it's casinos and different types of shows. However, it is a totally different atmostphere because it is number one in the South and number two on the Gulf.
I will need to fly in to the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport, and I am having trouble finding a great rate (notice I didn't say good rate) for that location. That is one of the few reasons that I haven't been to the area, but I have faith that I am going to find a great deal within the next year.
That is one reason that I wrote this article
How to Travel to Biloxi, Mississippi on a Budget. I did all of this research, because I am just that certain that I am going to find a good deal for this trip for New Year's Eve (which is also my birthday).
Keep your fingers crossed for me!

New Orleans
Most of us who live (or have lived) on the Coast flew in to New Orleans. (I haven't priced it post-Katrina, honestly, though.) It was an hour drive away, but always cheap enough to make it worth the drive! (And if you're on vacation, New Orleans AND Biloxi are quite the combo anyways!)
