Match For A Day and Freestyle

This past month we had our Match for a Day Fundraiser, which is an 18 hour fundraiser that Ambassadors has organized for the past 3 years. It is an all-day, 6-a-side tournament where the winner stays and then a new team comes to challenge every hour. The day started at 6 am and finished at midnight. I played 4 matches and was also in charge of field management, making sure teams were ready and keeping the matches on schedule. One team was able to stay on for 6 matches and the leading goalscorer scored 38 goals! The tournament was very competitive. We also had the third heat of our Freestyle Tournament. Overall the day was a great success. We even had Matthew Booth, the only white player on the South African national team, come to support the event. I have tried to include some photos.
