Whoa! I woke to my alarm blaring through the early morning hour of 3:30! Normally wouldve hit snooze several times, but had to get gong so I could get to tthe airport on time!

I checked in and I have to say I had the easiest flying experience I have EVER had! Not too much waiting, no delays, didn't even have to wait hardly at all at baggage claim! I had a nice mid-morning with my nephew and little sister Autumn. Then when she went to work my brother-in-law, Brandon, took me to my very first beer festival! Lucky for me I got the hook-up since he is a brewer! I enjoy beer but it still takes me almost an hour to finish a pint! But I did get to try a few really great beers! My favorite was the Hop Bomb from Rock Bottom brewing company where Brandon works.

After the beer we went to see my sister, Tanya, and get some great food from Huckleberry where she works. And man after getting up so early, all the beer, and all the food, I am just about beat. But it has been a great first day!

Woohoo!
Sounds like your trip is going well so far! Sorry about how you lost your wallet briefly... just remember these words when situations like this come up: DON'T PANIC. I lost my school notebook recently with all of my notes in it (for the second time) and finals are just around the corner. I know how that feels! But somehow, it all works out. Glad you found it again :)

ok so the beer I really liked -the Hop Bomb- was from Rock Bottom Westminster. Apparently that is key.... so now ya know! Yum!
